Cancellations are free at least 24 hours to the time of check in.

Paid for reservations should be cancelled at least 24 hours to arrival. if not first night fees apply.v Unpaid for cancellations should be communicated by 18:00 local time. Full payment of intended length of stay is required at check in. Final bill settlement should be done at check out.

• Please keep the room clean and any form of noise disturbances down.
• Please contact the reception to access the apartments safe for your valuable items.
• Ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off after use, lights are off, and windows are closed whenever you leave the apartment.
• Register any guests at Reception before they access your apartment. Guests under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
• We do our utmost to maintain a high standard of accommodation, however, should you find a fault, such as a broken light bulb, flat battery in your TV remote control or a dripping tap, please let us know so that we may correct it.
• Should you find anything not to your satisfaction or you feel could be improved, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
• Smoking is only allowed the balcony. Please do not smoke inside the apartment.

• Please do not move furniture without getting permission from management.
• Display of any civil or service firearms is prohibited.
• Prohibited substances are not accepted anywhere on the property.
• In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Rohi Apartments.
