Perfect for a long-term stay

Best service and clean apartment

Rohi is excellent

Rohi is a friendly, clean, welcoming and comfortable environment! Whether you are looking to stay for a week or many months, you will not be disappointed. Staff is extremely helpful and responsive and layout of apartments is spacious. You will breathe deeper and relax easier when staying at rohi. I lived here from September 2014-july 2015. The rooms are immaculately clean, housekeeping does a great job at cleaning daily, the junior suite has an awesome sauna in the bathroom with satellite radio, that was my favorite part! The staff are all exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful, they help make the place feel like home. The place is safe and centrally located with awesome balcony views. Rohi makes my stay beautiful and confortable
I have been staying in 2-bedrooms room for 6 months so far and another 6 month to go. Management is excellent with a good team work including cleaners. Wifi is quite faster which is not easy to get in Rwanda. Well furnished with good quality. Home away from home
is used often, but in Rohi's case rightfully so. After 1 year here, my wife and I extended our stay for another 6 months in a 2 bed room apartment. Classical hard Rwanda mattresses are softened by an additional thin one. Management listens to the tenants and staff are most helpful. The unavoidable power cuts are taken care of by a powerful generator. The (at no extra cost) WIFI suffers only from the national slowness. Well equipped kitchen. For French speakers, there is the full bouquet of French channels as a (for free) extra. Location, close to KBC, is in a low traffic street, no night noise of entertainment places, church music and gospels at (nice) background levels in the weekends.
